Can anyone use online bookings? No, to use the online bookings service you must have a valid Leeds Card, Bodyline Card, Breeze Card or Leeds Active Card.

I don’t have any type of card, how do I get one? You can get a card at any leisure centre. For further details on the different types of cards available, ask at the leisure centre reception, or click Bodyline, Leisure Card, Lotherton or Breeze, or email, or phone 0113 3788001.

I’m unable to register, what’s the problem? It could be because you’ve had a membership card in the past and we still hold your details which don’t match the ones you are trying to register with. Please contact the leisure centre or Membership Services on 0113 3788001, so we can check your details are correct.

Or it could be because some membership cards have 2 or 3 letters before the number. Try typing in the 8 digit number without the letters.

I’m a junior, can I book online? Yes, but you will need to get a parent or guardian to make the booking on your behalf because they will need to pay for it if the booking is chargeable. To receive the junior price the junior must have a Breeze membership or Junior Bodyline membership and have a valid Breeze Card or Bodyline Card. Juniors can also book activities using a valid Leeds Active Card, but will be charged at the adult price. You must be 14 years old or over to book and attend an adult fitness class unaccompanied. Some junior classes are available. Please contact the leisure centre or check the classes and activities programme for details.

Can I pay for my booking online? Yes, in fact all bookings, including online and those made at the leisure centre either in person or by telephone, must be paid for at the time of booking.

As a parent or guardian, can I book classes and activities on behalf of my children, using my Leeds Card, Bodyline Card or Leeds Active Card? No, this would select an incorrect price; you must book with your child’s Breeze Card or Bodyline Card.

How do I cancel a booking once I have submitted it? We operate a no refund policy on all bookings where a payment has been made. However, customers can transfer a booking to another date and time at the same site by contacting the site where the original booking was made. All transfers are subject to availability. Classes which are included as part of your membership can be cancelled online by going in to your 'Account history' and selecting the site where you made the booking at. Select the 'X' symbol next to your booking. If using a mobile device, select 'My Account' and select the site where you made the booking at. Select the booking you wish to cancel and then select 'Cancel'.

I’m no longer receiving my booking confirmation emails. This could be because you have changed your email address from the one you registered with. Please contact the leisure centre or Membership Services on 0113 3788001, so we can update your details.

Can I book online 24 hours a day? Yes.

How many days ahead can I book activities for? Cardholders are able to book 9 days in advance.

Why isn’t my search showing any available times? It might be because the class or activity is fully booked or it isn’t available at that time.

What is the latest I can book a class or activity, prior to its start time? You can book up to 20 minutes before the start time.

Why am I unable to book some activities online but can book them at the leisure centre? Some activities require customers to complete an application form such as an induction, party or room hire. If you contact the leisure centre the staff will be able to explain fully.

What are the ‘Basket’ and the ‘Checkout’? All the items you book are stored in the Basket until you are ready to go to the Checkout, where you can complete your booking.

How can I view my future bookings and bookings I’ve made in the past? Once you have logged in, click the ‘Account History’ button on the right hand side. Any bookings you are in the process of making will not show in this list until you have completed the booking process.

How do I log out of online bookings? Clicking the ’Log Off’ button at any time during your booking will cancel the booking process.
